The practice is always keen to hear feedback from patients, relatives or carers about our service, whether that relates to a positive or a negative experience, or a suggestion for something new we can offer.
It is always nice to have positive comments about our service and these are fed back to our team. However, we also accept that we don’t always get it right. It is important we know when things have gone wrong so we can work to rectify any past mistakes while working to prevent future issues.
We do not engage with “Social Media” as we do not feel this is the appropriate medium to answer what are often delicate issues. Similarly we are grateful to our patients who do not express their frustrations through these channels.
We encourage informal feedback through the "Contact Us" page on this website, and will respond to these as appropriate. Sometimes a little explanation can resolve a misunderstanding.
